For contacting the cable screen via crimp connection technology, similar in design to the discontinued product "one-piece Shield-Kon® RSK" from ABB.

Successor to ABB's one-piece Shield-Kon® RSK shield connector, compatible with the corresponding hand tool.
Simple and fast screen contacting thanks to proven crimp connection. An even easier handling of hand tools and screen connectors is achieved together with the "Desk Bracket PEW12" (article number 61813830).
The double C-shape of the screen connector accommodates the stripped, shielded cable on the one hand, and a stripped wire that can be connected to the application's grounding system on the other.
The electrically conductive coating of the galvanized surface and the large-area screen contacting cause a low-impedance transition between the cable screen and the screen connector. High-frequency interference is thus safely dissipated (EMC).
